NAVOPLAN plans include Captain's minutes for routine planning and technical questions. Sessions are booked in the app (phone or video). When you’re underway, you can contact us from sea without using minutes; access is determined by your subscription level Sécurité** (routine, non-urgent), Pan-Pan (urgent, not life-threatening), and Mayday (distress).

Simply request a meeting, provide details on the topic you’d like to discuss, and outline your expected outcome. Captain’s Minutes can also be used for non-consultation activities (research, problem solving, system setup) with an agreed on statement of work.

Minutes are tracked in the NAVOPLAN app and ulilized based on the actual meeting duration--with a fifteen minute minimum. Scheduled meetings are billed but technical support requests are included with a subscription and are not billed.

These minutes do not expire; they roll over into the next phase or subscription period. If you require additional minutes, you can easily purchase more as needed.
